HOW WE WORK
“From Concept to Completion” means from the first call to the final installed product, we are here! Our expertise in project management allows you to continue your work, while letting us guide you through the entire cubicle buying process without ever leaving your desk. It’s not your job to be an expert in space planning, office furniture and cubicle installation. That’s our job and we are here to help!
WE OFFER ALL LEVELS OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Space Planning – Using measurements of your space we use our years of space planning to map out the perfect office layout in a 2-D rendering. We take all needs into consideration, including your wish list. Our experience gives us industry insight into many other considerations like data and electric management and the best type of workspace for the job being done. This a complimentary service and just a part of the process to get you into the perfect office space.
Virtual Project Management – People wonder how we are able to get them into their office without ever having to leave their desk. Easy. Going back to our 20+ years of experience, we have literally completed every type of project from one call center cubicle to 100’s, nationwide! Our clients range from Fortune 500 Companies in NYC to small insurance agencies in Wisconsin. We have learned to anticipate the needs of each project and enjoy puzzling out the absolute perfect solution for your business.
Communication – Finally, we enlist the use of SKYPE and desktop sharing software, along with traditional forms of communication, to work through the design process. Until the final layout is approved. Then we move into the next phase, planning delivery and installation.
Delivery – Once we sign off on the final layout delivery time is determined.
The following are delivery times:
- Quickship products leaves our facility within 3 days
- Semi-custom projects can take up to 3 weeks
- Custom jobs can take up to 12 weeks
Please note the times can vary depending on where you are located in the country.
White Glove Service – White glove is one step beyond our complimentary project management services of space planning and arranging delivery of our products.
Tiers 1 and 2 are perfect for those companies who have the internal resources to manage installation.
- Tier 1 – Products are brought indoors (into lobby area/across threshold)
- Tier 2 – Products are brought directly into office space.
Tier 3 is ideal for the business that is looking for a turnkey solution and would like for us to manage every aspect of the delivery to complete installation.
- Tier 3 – Full service installation, removal of debris and your office is ready to get up and running!
